Saphir Médaille d'Or Mink Oil
Mink oil by Saphir Médaille d'Or is a rehydrating cream that takes care of very dry leather by rehydrating the material giving it back its natural lustre. The cream has the same nourishing qualities as a shoe grease, but doesn't give the leather of your shoes the greasy feel and look as you would get with a shoe grease. Saphir Médaille d'Or Mink Oil is a non-greasy renovating cream that easily penetrates and soaks into leather softening and nourishing it. The Mink Oil is also solvent and water free.

How to use
Mink oil is a spreadable oil that is used to breathe new life into dry leather. After applying and polishing, the shoe is ready to be treated with, for example, a Pommadier cream or a wax of your choice.
To optimally treat your shoes with Mink Oil you need:
• Saphir Mink Oil
• Polishing brush
• Saphir applicator cloth
1. Lubricate the shoe using an applicator brush or applicator cloth. Do this in small circular motions. This is how you optimally apply the Mink Oil to the leather
2. Let the Mink Oil soak into the shoes for 60 minutes (the longer the better)
3. Lightly brush the shoes with the polishing brush to remove excess oil
4. Polish the shoes with a cotton cloth, this can possibly be done with the same cloth that you used for rubbing (Mink Oil provides a matte finish)
